Why we process data
- SIM / eSIM sale & activation — legal obligation: prepaid identity register under Ley 25/2007 (disposición adicional única) and RD 381/2015; also contract performance (sale).
- ID document image — verify you are the line holder before activation (eSIM) or handover (physical). Legal obligation + fraud prevention.
- Email / phone — send eSIM QR, receipt, pickup instructions, and answer queries.
- Invoicing & accounting — tax and commercial bookkeeping duties.
- Website logs — security and basic analytics if enabled; cookies only with consent where required (LSSI + RGPD).
Data we collect at checkout
Full name as on ID, nationality, email, phone, ID type (passport / DNI / NIE), ID number, document scan (photo page or front + back), cart contents, preferred pickup time, and consent timestamps.
Special-category data is not requested. Do not upload documents that show health, religion, or other sensitive notes.
Recipients
- The mobile operator (Orange network brand sold here) to activate the SIM/eSIM and keep the prepaid register.
- Authorised agents (Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad, CNI, Customs) when legally required under Ley 25/2007.
- Payment provider (when live checkout is connected) and hosting / email processors under contract.
We do not sell your data. We do not use ID scans for marketing.
Retention
Identity data linked to prepaid activation is kept at least for the conservation period in Ley 25/2007 (generally 12 months from the communication / activation, extendable by regulation up to 2 years) and any longer operator or tax duty. Document images are kept only as long as needed to complete verification and meet those duties, then deleted or blocked.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable — email hola@a1computerstenerife.es or ask in shop. You may complain to the AEPD. Some cancellation / access limits apply to data held solely for lawful intercept / prepaid-register purposes (Ley 25/2007 arts. 8–9).
Security
Uploads are intended for verification only and should be sent over HTTPS. In production, files must be encrypted in transit and at rest, access-logged, and limited to authorised staff. Do not email ID photos on request unless we confirm a secure channel.
